Well, I had a bit of a setback this week as I took the family to the beach and indulged in pretty much every dietary sin you can imagine. I got a fair bit of exercise though, so it wasn’t a total loss. As always, look after the jump for the gory details.
Details:
- Diet this week included BBQ, Cheesecake, Birthday Cake, Burgers, Fries, Pizza, and Beer
- Exercised by chasing my kid all over Daytona Beach and getting some swimming (pool and ocean) in.
- Pretty much threw the diet away for a week, but back to normal now and feeling much better.
Results:
- Current Weight: 318
- Start Weight: 334
- Goal Weight by 9/1/2009 (3 weeks): 300
- Weight Loss to Date: 16 pounds (>2 pounds per week)
- Weight loss by 9/1/2009 at current pace (12 week total): 23 pounds
Plan for this week:
- Get back into a routine.
- Resume lifting this week.
